By downloading, installing, or using the NutriVora app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

NutriVora is a nutrition and calorie-tracking application that allows users to log meals, track macros, monitor progress, and receive personalised suggestions. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

NutriVora provides general nutrition information and tracking tools. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine. Calorie and macro estimates are approximations and may vary based on food preparation and sourcing.

Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to the respective platform's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We do not directly process or store payment information.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in NutriVora are the property of NutriVora or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriVora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
